摘要
依托某软弱破碎围岩隧道,采用压力盒和钢筋计对围岩压力、钢拱架内力进行了现场测试。数据分析表明软弱破碎围岩应力释放具有明显的瞬时性和流变性;喷射混凝土拱顶和拱脚应力较大,存在开裂脱落现象;钢拱架承载力发挥较早,材料性能利用有限。建议软弱破碎围岩隧道在设计阶段应考虑长期流变荷载,适当提高支护参数。施工阶段应加强拱顶和拱脚处拱架连接、喷射混凝土施工和锁脚锚杆施工质量。
In this paper,based on a soft and broken surrounding rock tunnel,the pressure of surrounding rock and the internal force of steel arch are measured in situ by using pressure box and reinforcement meter.The data analysis shows that the stress release of soft and broken surrounding rock has obvious instantaneity and rheology.The stress of shotcrete arch crown and arch foot is large and there is cracking and falling off phenomenon.The bearing capacity of steel arch frame plays an early role and the material performance utilization is limited.It is suggested that long-term rheological load should be considered in the design stage of weak and broken surrounding rock tunnels,and support parameters should be appropriately increased.During the construction phase,the quality of the arches and arches at the foot of the arch should be strengthened.
