摘要 结合江西赣深高铁全线最长的龙南隧道工程,基于现场监测结果以及数值模拟方法研究了龙南隧道各级围岩初期支护结构在施工过程中的受力特征。研究结果表明,初次支护设计中的喷射混凝土未能充分发挥其抗压性能,III~V级围岩中的锚杆最大拉力均未达到锚杆杆体极限抗拉值,设计偏于保守。在此基础上,采用基于支持向量机的隧道支护优化方法,确定了龙南隧道各级围岩初期支护优化方案。并对各级围岩初期支护方案优化前后对比,结果表明,在保证隧道稳定的前提下,优化后的初期支护方案工程造价可大幅降低,更为经济合理。 In combination with the Longnan tunnel project in Jiangxi Province,the longest one in the entire line of the Ganzhou⁃Shenzhen High⁃speed Railway,this paper,based on the field monitoring results and numerical simulation methods,studies the mechanical characteristics of the initial support structure of surrounding rock at all levels in the tunnel during the construction.It is indicated that the original initial support design is over⁃conservative as the shotcrete fails to give full play to its compressive properties,and the maximum tension of the bolts in level III~V surrounding rocks fails to reach their ultimate tensile strength.On this basis,an optimization design is determined with the adoption of the support vector machine(SVM)based support optimization method.The comparative analysis between the original design and the optimized one shows that on the premise of ensuring the stability of the tunnel,the latter greatly reduces the engineering cost and is more economical and reasonable.
