摘要
以工程测量技术专业为基础开展现代学徒制试点工作的探索与研究,从探索校企协同育人机制、实践招生招工一体化、完善人才培养制度和标准、建设校企互聘共用的师资队伍和全面改革考核评价模式等方面进行详细的分析,以期对高职同类院校相关专业现代学徒制试点工作的开展提供经验借鉴。
Based on the major of engineering surveying technology,the exploration and Research on the pilot work of modern apprenticeship are carried out.The detailed analysis is carried out from the aspects of exploring the mechanism of school enterprise cooperative education,practicing the integration of enrollment and recruitment,improving the system and standard of talent training,building a common teaching staff of school enterprise mutual employment,and comprehensively reforming the assessment and evaluation mode,so as to provide experience and reference for the development of modern apprenticeship pilot work in similar vocational colleges.
