摘要
现代学徒制是教育部根据《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》,借鉴西方学徒制经验在我国职业教育领域推行的一项试验,以校企双重主体育人为根本,以“学生”“学徒”双重身份为保证,以岗位成才为路径的一种全新的深层次职业教育工学结合人才培养形式[1]。旨在深化产教融合、校企合作,完善校企合作育人机制,创新技术技能人才培养模式。文章结合现代学徒制“校企共育、德技并修、岗位成才”的特点,按照深化国家项目评审标准、分层评定的原则,围绕现代学徒制核心要素,设计出一套体现现代学徒制特点的“多主体、双标准、五维度”评价体系。
The modern apprenticeship system is an experiment carried out by the Ministry of Education in the field of vocational education in China in accordance with the Decision of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education,drawing on the experience of the Western apprenticeship system.It is a new and deep level vocational education talent training form that combines work and learning,based on the dual role of school and enterprise as sports personnel,guaranteed by the dual identity of"student"and"apprentice",and based on the path of job development.It aims to deepen the integration of production and education,school enterprise cooperation,improve the school enterprise cooperation education mechanism,and innovate the training mode of technical talents.Based on the characteristics of the modern apprenticeship system of"joint education between schools and enterprises,moral and technical training,and job development",in accordance with the principles of deepening national project evaluation standards,hierarchical evaluation,and centering on the core elements of the modern apprenticeship system,this paper designs a set of"multi-subject,double standard,five-dimension"evaluation system that reflects the characteristics of the modern apprenticeship system.
