摘要
目的:建立采用高效液相色谱法测定伤风停胶囊中欧前胡素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Thermo Hypersil Gold-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(50:50),流速1.0 mL·min^-1,柱温35℃,检测波长为300 nm。结果:欧前胡素在0.87~10.46μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为102.42%(RSD=1.11%)。结论:所建立的方法结果准确,专属强,重现性好,可用于测定伤风停胶囊中欧前胡素的含量。
Objective To establish a method of determining imperatorin in Shangfengting Capsules by HPLC.Methods The samples was separated on the column Thermo Hypersil Gold-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),which the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile and 0.1%phosphoric acid at 50:50.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1.The column temperature was set at 35℃,and the detection wavelength was 300 nm.Results A good linearity of imperatorin was in the range of 0.87~10.46μg·mL^-1(r=0.9999)and the average recoveries was 102.42%(RSD=1.11%)for imperatorin.Conclusion The method is special,repeatable and the results were accurate,and can be applied in the content determination of imperatorin in Shangfengting Capsules.
