摘要
将磁芯和两个磁屏蔽层引入GMR电流传感器,以提高其灵敏度和精度;并在磁芯中加入偏置绕组以提供偏置磁场。建立了传感器的数学模型,用于分析闭环电流传感器的影响因素。基于分析和仿真结果,设计了样机。测试并对比分析了磁滞对传感器的影响、测量范围、频率响应以及电流传感器的相对误差。所设计的电流传感器具有灵敏度高,精度高,相对误差小(0.8%)的优点。在被测电流值为20 A情况下,被测电流的频率范围高达300 kHz。
A magnetic core and two magnetic shielding sheets are introduced into a GMR current sensor to improve the sensitivity and precision.A bias winding wrapped around the magnetic core was added to provide bias magnetic field.The mathematical model of the sensor was built,which was used to analyze the influence factors of the closed-loop current sensor.Based on the analysis and simulation results,a prototype was designed.Hysteresis effects on the sensor,measurement range,frequency response,and relative error of the current sensor were tested and compared.The designed current sensor has the advantages of high sensitivity,accuracy and low nonlinear error(0.8%).It can measure currents from DC up to 300 kHz with the nominal primary current value of 20 A.
