摘要
新型智能传感器是支撑智能电网的核心关键技术之一,论文通过分析巨磁电阻效应(Giant Magneto resistive,GMR),研究了巨磁电阻温度特性;针对实际环境中工作温度范围较大对GMR电流传感器在智能电网应用中的影响提出了解决方案;利用惠斯通电桥自补偿原理设计巨磁电流传感器敏感机构,克服温度对量测精度的影响;以电压源供电方式结合温变电阻改善器件的温度特性,提高线性区间;经验证该方法可有效改善GMR电流传感器的温度特性,保证线性区间。
New intelligent sensor is one of the core technologies for Smart Grid, This paper introduced the temperature characteristics of GMR current sensor. Take the advantage of Wheatstone bridge self-compensation principle to improve the measurement accuracy.Voltage power supply and temperature change resistance improve the linear range.Solve the effect of temperature on the measurement accuracy of the sensor.This method can effectively improve the temperature characteristics of the GMR, ensure linear range.Provide a theoretical basis for the GMR current sensor applied in the Smart Grid.
