男性年龄对非男性不育夫妇行体外受精-胚胎移植治疗妊娠结局的影响比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析男性年龄对非男性不育夫妇进行体外受精-胚胎移植治疗之后妊娠结局的影响。方法:选我院生殖医学中心因为女方输卵管因素而进行体外受精-胚胎移植帮助患者怀孕治疗的658个周期的患者进行研究。结果:C组临床妊娠率明显低于其他三组(P<0.05);四组在种植率、流产率和活产率上比较没有统计学意义,P>0.05。A/B、A/D、B/D三组比值无统计学意义,P>0.05;A/C、B/C、C/D三组比值有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在非男性不育夫妇当中男性的年龄可能会对妊娠结局产生不良影响,但是不会影响到最终的活产率。 Objective:To analyze the effects of male age on pregnancy outcomes after in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer in non-male infertile couples.Methods:A total of 658 cycles of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer in the Reproductive Medicine Center of our hospital were used to assist patients with pregnancy treatment.Results:The clinical pregnancy rate of group C was significantly lower than that of the other three groups(P<0.05).The ratios of A/C,B/C and C/D were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The age of men in non-male infertile couples may have an adverse effect on pregnancy outcomes,but will not affect the final live birth rate.
