摘要
目的探讨常规体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗中男性年龄对胚胎质量及妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析2014年4月1日至2020年11月30日在我院行常规IVF治疗且行囊胚培养507例患者,其中进行新鲜胚胎移植(ET)者267例。按男性年龄分为4组:<30岁(IVF 110例,其中ET 61例);30~34岁(IVF 214例,其中ET 112例);35~39岁(IVF 127例,其中ET 66例);≥40岁(IVF 56例,其中ET 28例)。评估男性年龄对胚胎质量(正常受精率、卵裂率、可利用胚胎率、优质胚胎率、囊胚形成率)及妊娠结局(生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率、早期流产率、活产率)的影响。结果校正女方年龄的影响后,男性年龄与正常受精率、卵裂率、可利用胚胎率、优质胚胎率及囊胚形成率之间无相关性(P>0.05)。校正女方年龄、移植胚胎数及移植胚胎种类后,男性年龄与生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率、早期流产率及活产率均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论常规IVF治疗中男性年龄对胚胎质量及妊娠结局无明显影响。
Objective To investigate the impact of husband′s age on embryo quality and pregnancy outcomes in conventional in-vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods Included in this retrospective study were 507 patients who underwent conventional IVF plus blastocyst culture in our hospital between 1 April 2014 and 30 November 2020.Of these patients,267 received fresh embryo transfer(ET).According to their husband′s age,all patients were assigned to 4 groups:<30 years old(110 given IVF,including 61 with ET),30-34 years old(214 given IVF,including 112 with ET),35-39 years old(127 given IVF,including 66 with ET),and≥40 years old(56 given IVF,including 28 with ET).We assessed the impact of husband′s age on embryo quality(rates of normal fertilization,cleavage,available embryo,good-quality embryo,and blastocyst formation)and pregnancy outcomes(rates of biochemical pregnancy,clinical pregnancy,early miscarriage,and live birth).Results After adjusting for the patient age,the husband′s age was not associated with rates of normal fertilization,cleavage,available embryo,good-quality embryo and blastocyst formation(P>0.05).After adjusting for the patient age,number and type of embryos transferred,the husband′s age was not associated with rates of biochemical pregnancy,clinical pregnancy,early miscarriage and live birth(P>0.05).Conclusion Husband′s age does not impact significantly on embryo quality and pregnancy outcome in conventional IVF.
