摘要
黑水角阀是现代煤化工装置中工况较为恶劣的关键阀门之一。针对黑水角阀使用过程中常见失效形式,分析了阀门失效机理,并从材料、流道结构及工艺流程等3个方面归纳总结了黑水角阀的改进技术现状。经过分析与总结,讨论了目前研究与改进的不足之处:缺乏对介质中固体颗粒特性影响规律的试验研究、未综合考虑经济成本因素等,并指出了未来的研究与改进方向。
The black water angle valve is one of the key valves with severe operating conditions in the modern coal chemical plants.According to the common failure modes of black water angle valves in the process,the valve failure mechanism was analyzed,and the improvement status of black water angle valves were summarized from three aspects:material,flow channel structure and process flow.Through analysis and summary,the shortcomings of current research and improvement were discussed:lack of experimental research on the influence of solid particle characteristics,and failure to consider the economic cost factor,etc.,and the future research and improvement directions were given.
