国产化轴流式调压器结构改进及流场分析 被引量:7

Structural improvement and fluid field analysis of China-made axial-flow regulator

摘要 轴流式天然气调压器是保障长输管道安全供气的重要设备,为提高调压器流场性能,对其主阀结构进行优化改进,借助Solidworks软件对调压器改进前后的主阀内部流道进行三维建模,并采用CFX软件对内部流场进行可视化研究,求解得到调压器内部压力、速度分布云图及速度矢量图;对改进前后阀内流道形状及阀后加入节流孔板前后调压器的流场特性进行对比分析,结果表明:改进流道形状及加入孔板后,主阀内部流场漩涡有所减少,局部最高流速明显降低,压力分布更加均匀,调压器流场得到优化,性能进一步提升。 Axial-flow gas regulator is an important device to secure the gas delivery of long-distance pipeline. In order to improve the flow field performance of the regulator, its main valve structure is optimized. Solidworks software is used for three-dimensional modeling of the internal flow channel of the main valve before and after improvement. CFX software is also used to visualize the internal flow field. Then, internal pressure, velocity contour and velocity vector of the regulator are obtained. Additionally, comparative analyses is made on the shapes of the valve flow channels and the flow field characteristics of regulator before and after the improvement above and the orifice plate is installed behind the valve. The results show that vortexes in the internal flow channel decrease, local maximum flow rate is significantly lower, pressure distribution is more uniform, the flow field of regulator is optimized and the performance is further improved.
