基于失效分析法的炼油化工装置裂纹缺陷安全监测方法

摘要 裂纹是炼油化工装置长期使用后难以避免的缺陷。为寻找合理的治理时期,研究基于失效分析法的炼油化工装置裂纹缺陷安全监测方法。利用电磁超声感应设备、涡流热成像设备、摄像机完成内外探伤,并以此采集裂纹数据,定位裂纹缺陷位置,识别裂纹缺陷参数,分析炼油化工装置裂纹缺陷安全失效路径,计算安全剩余寿命。实验结果表明所提方法较好地完成了炼油化工装置的裂纹缺陷安全检测。 Crack is an unavoidable defect in refinery and chemical plant after long-term use.In order to find a reasonable treatment period,a safety monitoring method for crack defects in oil refining and chemical plant based on failure analysis method is studied.Electro-magnetic ultrasonic induction equipment,eddy current thermal imaging equipment and camera are used to complete internal and ex-ternal flaw detection and collect crack data,position the crack defect location and identify the crack defect parameters,analyze the safety failure path of crack defect in oil refining and chemical plant and calculate the safety residual life.The experimental results show that the method presented in this paper completes the crack defect safety detection of oil refining and chemical plant well.
