城乡公路体系网络化与共同富裕:基于超边际分工理论分析 被引量:20

Dynamic Networking of Urban-rural Highway System and Universal Opulence:Based on the Theory of Infra-marginal Economics about Division of Labor

摘要 本文基于超边际分工经济学理论,构建了一个包括两种粮食产品、一种中间产品和最终产品在内的四部门三区域的城乡分工理论模型,探讨了城乡公路体系网络化与共同富裕的关系及其影响机理。超边际一般均衡比较静态分析结果表明,城乡公路体系网络化有利于将更广大的农村区域融入由城市带动的城乡既有局部分工结构体系内,这能在推动城乡经济增长一体化的同时,提高城乡区域整体经济发展水平,实现城乡共同富裕。城乡公路网络体系差距缩小以及局部分工结构内中间品和自产自销粮食品的固定学习费用越高,分工结构跳跃的交易效率“门槛”值就越低,越有利于由分工来降低固定学习费用的负面影响。此外,针对内在影响机理,本文发现,城乡公路体系网络化带来的交易效率提升,有利于促进平均劳动生产率、部门劳动力需求以及产品市场范围发生正向变化,这均有利于将更广大农村区域纳入到由城市带动的城乡既有局部分工结构体系内,以此形成完全分工的城乡一体化结构体系。本文从分工角度出发,为城乡公路体系网络化促进共同富裕提供新的理论解释,有利于指导乡村振兴和农村扶贫等政策的落地实施,并最终实现共同富裕。 Based on the theory of infra-marginal economics about division of labor,this paper constructs a theoretical model of urban-rural division of labor in four sectors and three regions,including two kinds of food products,one kind of intermediate product and the final product.The results of static analysis of infra-marginal general equilibrium show that the dynamic networking of urban-rural highway system is conducive to involving more rural areas into the existing system of partial division of labor between urban-rural areas driven by cities,which will not only promote the integration of urban-rural economic growth,but also improve the overall urban-rural economic development level,and finally realize the universal opulence of both urban and rural areas.In this process,both when the gap between urban and rural highway network system shrinks and the fixed learning cost of intermediate goods and self-produced and self-sold food in the local division of labor structure become higher,the lower the'threshold'value of the transaction efficiency jumping the division of labor structure,which will be more beneficial to reduce the negative impact of fixed learning cost by division of labor.In addition,in view of the internal influence mechanism,this paper finds that the promotion of transaction efficiency induced by the dynamic networking of urban-rural road system,will be conducive to produce positive changes in average labor productivity,labor demand of respective departments and the scope of products market,which is conducive to integrating more rural areas into the existing urban-rural partial labor division structure system driven by cities,so as to form a complete urban-rural integration structure system of labor division.From the perspective of division of labor,this paper provides a new theoretical explanation for the dynamic networking of urbanrural highway system towards of universal opulence,which is conducive to guiding the implementation of policies such as rural revitalization and rural poverty alleviation,and finally realizing universal opulence.
