摘要
在民族地区扎实推进共同富裕有助于增强中华民族认同感和归属感,不仅是经济问题,也是重大的政治问题。民族八省地区共同富裕程度整体处于中低水平,从“富裕度”和“共同度”两个维度来分析,这些地区共同富裕发展程度可划分为共同富裕型、共同发展型、相对滞后型、优先富裕型四种类型。提升民族地区共同富裕水平,需要重点关注精神生活富裕,增强各族群众的安全感、幸福感;以居民可支配收入为重要抓手,扎实提升民族省区的“富裕度”;缩小城乡区域发展差距,推进民族省区实现“共同发展”。
Promoting common prosperity in areas with large ethnic minority populations is conducive to enhancing the sense of identity and belonging of the Chinese nation,which is not only a matter of economic importance,but also of great political importance.The assessment shows that the eight ethnic regions are at medium-low level of common prosperity in general,and measured from the dimensions of“prosperousness”and“commonness”,these regions fall into four types in terms of their development of common prosperity,namely,common prosperity,common development,relatively lagging behind,and prosperity for some.To raise the level of common prosperity for these regions,it is necessary to attach importance to cultural prosperity to enhance the sense of security and the wellbeing for the people of all ethnic groups,take per capita disposable income as an important indicator to achieve solid progress in promoting prosperity of the regions,bridge the disparities in development between urban and rural areas and between regions to promote“common development”of the regions.
