摘要
本文采用2017—2019年中国各省和东盟各国数据对边界效应即中国与东盟的区域经济一体化水平进行实证测度,结果表明:(1)2017—2019年,中国东盟的边界效应值为2.05—3.06,区域经济一体化已达到相对较高的水平;但这一水平却在下降;(2)营商环境的提升能显著削弱边界效应,提高一体化水平。因此,中国和东盟应加强域内合作,推进中国—东盟自贸区升级版的全面落实,优化营商环境,妥善处理争端,进一步提升一体化水平。
By using the latest data of Chinese provinces and ASEAN countries from 2017—2019,this paper estimates the regional economic integration level between ASEAN and China based on the border effect gravity model.The results show that:(1)The border effect value of China-ASEAN in 2017—2019 is 2.05—3.06,indicating that the regional economic integration of China-ASEAN has reached a relatively high level;but it is falling;(2)The improvement of doing-business environment can significantly weaken the border effect and improve the level of integration.Therefore,China and ASEAN should strengthen intra-Asia regional cooperation,promote the full implementation of the upgraded CAFTA,optimize doing-business environment,properly handle disputes,and further enhance the integration.
