摘要
目的通过360度评估系统评价住院医师和指导教师的各方面能力。方法回顾本基地在2019年1月至2019年7月期间对住院医师和指导教师进行360测评研究,通过收集资料进行统计分析。结果通过比较住院医师学员分类发现:临床型研究生在病史采集和辅助检查、诊断与鉴别诊断、选择治疗方案、临床操作、服务意识、资源利用、专业知识、自主学习能力、循证思维、教学能力方面得分高于本科生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。基地人在选择治疗方案、临床操作、自主学习能力方面高于单位人(P<0.05)。各人员分类中第2年住院医师在专业知识方面得分要高于第3年住院医师(P<0.05)。另一方面基于指导教师不同职称的比较得知,在教学规范性、及时反馈、培训活动方面,主任医师优于副主任医师,并且均强于主治医师(P<0.05)。通过360度测评可较好的评价住院医师和指导教师的各方面能力,在对不同类别的住院医师针对性的加强和弥补不足的同时,不断增加主任医师的教学活动比例,并加强主治医师的教学能力培养。结论360度评估系统可以帮助我们评估住院医师和指导教师的各方面能力,是住院医师规范化培训建设中的一项有力工具,值得广大培训基地推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the abilities of resident trainees and instructors through 360-degree evaluation system.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 360 resident trainees and instructors from January 2019 to July 2019.Data were collected for statistical analysis.Results Comparing the classification of resident students,we can see that clinical postgraduates scored higher than undergraduates in medical history collection and auxiliary examination,diagnosis and differential diagnosis,choice of treatment plan,clinical operation,service consciousness,resource utilization,professional knowledge,autonomous learning ability,evidence-based thinking and teaching ability.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).Base people had higher ability of choosing treatment plan,clinical operation and self-learning than unit people(P<0.05).The resident’s professional knowledge score in the second year was higher than that in the third year(P<0.05).On the other hand,based on the comparison of different titles of instructors,we can know that in terms of teaching norms,timely feedback and training activities,the chief physician is superior to the deputy chief physician,and is superior to the chief physician(P<0.05).360-degree evaluation can better evaluate the abilities of resident trainees and instructors in all aspects.It is necessary to strengthen and remedy the deficiencies of different categories of resident trainees,increase the proportion of teaching activities of chief physicians and strengthen the cultivation of teaching abilities of chief physicians.Conclusion 360-Degree Assessment System can help us evaluate the abilities of residents and instructors in various aspects.It is a powerful tool in the construction of standardized training for residents and is worthy of extensive training bases to popularize and apply.
