摘要
目的探讨儿科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)能力提升管理模式,为未来儿科住培工作提供思路。方法基于首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院(简称北京儿童医院)儿科住培临床结业考核后存在的问题,通过PDCA循环法提出对策与建议。结果提出了以基地建设、培训内容、师资管理及培训对象管理为主的能力提升模式。结论初步形成了儿科住院医师能力提升管理模式,值得进一步在临床教学中推广。
ObjectiveThis study is intended to explore the management mode of competency improvement during standardized training of pediatric residents(STPR)so as to facilitate the related work in the future.MethodsBased on the existing problems after the clinical completion examination of STPR in Beijing Children’s Hospital,countermeasures and recommendations were offered based on PDCA method.ResultsA management mode of competency improvement was proposed that was based on base construction,training content,staff management and student management.ConclusionA management mode of competency improvement of pediatric residents has been established,which should be made more accessible in clinical teaching.
