摘要
为了解住院医师和指导教师在培训中存在的问题,加强过程管理,进一步提升住院医师规范化培训质量,北京大学人民医院采用中国医师协会360度评估系统开展评估,具体包括指导教师与住院医师的互评以及主班护士对住院医师的评价。共有住院医师1 642人次、指导教师1 510人次、主班护士202人次完成评估。指导教师对住院医师的总评分均值为(89.50±11.62),低于主班护士对住院医师的总评分(95.42±8.28),住院医师在专业知识、诊疗能力和与护士团队沟通方面有待改进。指导教师获得的总体评分较高(97.93±6.13),但在教学规范化方面稍有不足。科学精炼的量表、便捷高效的信息技术、顺畅合理的工作流程是360度评估顺利开展的重要前提,分层反馈和追踪改进是实现360度评估价值的关键部分。
In order to understand the deficiency of residents and instructors in the standardized residency training,strengthen the management of training process and improve the qualities of the programs,Peking University People’s Hospital uses the 360-Degree Evaluation System of Chinese Medical Doctor Association was adopted in this study,which included mutual evaluations from both instructors and residents and evaluations for residents from the nurses in charged.The assessment involved 1 642 person-time residents,1 510 person-time instructors and 202 person-time nurses in charged,respectively.The instructors’average total score for the residents was(89.50±11.62),which was lower than the average total score from the nurses in charged(95.42±8.28).Residents need to improve their professional knowledge,abilities of clinical diagnosis and communication skills with the nurse teams.Although the average total score(97.93±6.13)for the instructors is very high,there is slight deficiency in the standardization of teaching.Scientific and concise scales,convenient and efficient information technology and smooth process were important prerequisites for 360-Degree Evaluation.Stratified feedback and improvement tracking were key parts in realization the values of 360-Degree Evaluation.
