摘要
目的:观察穴位贴敷联合穴位注射治疗缓解期支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法:选取2017年6月至2019年6月在焦作市中医院呼吸科就诊的缓解期支气管哮喘患者120例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例。对照组给予氨茶碱缓释片口服治疗,治疗组给予穴位注射联合穴位贴敷治疗,药饼贴敷大椎和天突穴,同时在两侧足三里穴位注射喘可治注射液。治疗后,观察两组患者的生存质量改善情况、临床症状积分、临床疗效、T淋巴细胞亚群指标及肺功能。结果:对照组有效率为66.7%,治疗组有效率为85.0%,治疗组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后生存质量评分、临床症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后FEV1、FEV1/FVC高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组血清CD3^+、CD4^+水平均高于对照组,CD8^+水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位注射联合穴位贴敷治疗缓解期支气管哮喘,可有效改善患者临床症状、免疫功能和肺功能,提高患者生存质量。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupoint application in combination with acupoint injection on bronchial asthma in remission.Methods:A total of 120 patients with bronchial asthma in remission treated in Respiratory Department of Jiaozuo Hospital of TCM from June 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Aminophylline Sustained-release Tablets,while the treatment group was treated with acupoint injection combined with acupoint application.The drug cake was applied to Dazhui(DU 14) and Tiantu(RN 22),and Chuankezhi Injection(CKZI) was injected at Zusanli(ST 36) on both sides.After the treatment,the improvement of quality of life,clinical symptom scores,clinical effects,T lymphocyte subsets indexes and lung function of the two groups were observed.Results:The effective rate was 66.7% in the control group and 85.0% in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of quality of life and clinical symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^+ and CD4^+ in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of treating bronchial asthma in remission,acupoint application in combination with acupoint injection can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,immune function and lung function,and the quality of life of patients.
