摘要
高校健美操教学现状主要体现在教学内容陈旧,教学方式单一,音乐素材内容较少。高校的健美操教学依然是以教师传授技术要领为主,学生只是被动、机械地练习动作要领。高校的健美操教学方式比较单一,因循守旧,教学重点都放在了学生技术要领的完善与提高上。学生对于音乐的理解能力比较欠缺,一配上音乐,部分学生就会出现跟不上节奏的情况。提出了高校健美操教学的改革方法,应丰富教学内容,优化教学方法,重视学生自主学习意识的养成,采用信息化教学手段,开展第二课堂活动,提高教师的业务能力水平和综合素质,培养学生的乐感。可以将街舞、现代舞、拉丁舞等时尚元素应用到高校健美操教学中来,积极转换教学思路。教师可以将学生分为若干小组,让各小组进行健美操动作创编,并开展组间竞技比赛。通过多媒体对优秀的健美操片段进行赏析与回顾,从中找出自己的问题。组建健美操俱乐部、健美操协会等学生组织,丰富学生的课余时间。教师要注意教学方法,不能“一刀切”,避免挫伤学生的积极性。要根据具体的教学内容选择不同风格、不同类型的音乐,全面提高健美操的表现力和感染力。
The current situation of aerobics teaching in colleges and universities is mainly reflected in the teaching content is old, the teaching method is single, and the content of music material is less. The teaching of aerobics in colleges and universities is still based on the teaching of technical essentials by teachers, while students are only passive and mechanical to practice the essentials. It puts forward the teaching reform methods of aerobics in colleges and universities, such as enriching teaching contents, optimizing teaching methods, paying attention to the cultivation of students’ self-learning consciousness, adopting information-based teaching methods, carrying out the second class activities, improving teachers’ professional ability level and comprehensive quality, and cultivating students’ sense of music. We can apply hip-hop dance, modern dance, Latin dance and other fashion elements to aerobics teaching in colleges and universities, and actively change teaching ideas. Teachers can divide students into several groups, let each group create aerobics movements, and carry out inter group competition. Through the multimedia to the excellent aerobics fragment carries on the appreciation and the review, finds out own question from it. Set up aerobics club, aerobics association and other student organizations to enrich students’ spare time. Teachers should pay attention to teaching methods, not “one size fits all”, to avoid hurting the enthusiasm of students. We should choose different styles and different types of music according to the specific teaching content, so as to improve the expressive and infectious power of aerobics.
