摘要
从项目设置、成套动作内容、难度评分情况、艺术评分情况,对2009版、2013版及2017版竞技健美操竞赛规则进行研究。通过文献法、对比分析法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,分析新规则变化情况和对竞技健美操创新的意义及要求。研究得出:增设有氧舞蹈、有氧踏板两个项目;成套动作内容比赛艺术性要求提高,更加重视运动员表现和观赏性;难度评分标准及数量的变化,激发运动员及教练员挑战高难度动作;艺术评分标准重新定义,注重动作创编时与音乐的契合。新周期规则较以前规则更加规范化、细致化、合理化,使竞技健美操向着难、新、美的方向发展,对运动员、教练员及裁判员提出了更高的要求。
The 2009 edition,2013 edition and 2017 edition of competitive aerobics competition rules are studied from the project settings,the content of the complete set of actions,the situation of the difficulty scores,and the artistic rating.Through the literature method,comparative analysis method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method and other research methods,the changes in the new rules and the significance and requirements for the competitive aerobics innovation are analyzed.The study concludes that there are two additional programs for oxygen dance and aerobic pedaling;the artistic requirements for the complete set of action content competitions are increased,and athletes'performance and appreciation are paid more attention;changes in the difficulty score standards and numbers stimulate the athletes and coaches to challenge difficult movements.The art score standard is redefined,focusing on the fit of music with action creation.The new cycle rules are more standardized,detailed,and rational than the previous rules,and will make athletic aerobics develop in the direction of difficulty,newness,and beauty.Higher demands are placed on athletes,coaches and referees.
