摘要 目的探讨PCMC与PBL联合教学模式在护理内科带教中的应用价值。方法纳入2016年1月—2017年1月90名内科护理教学护生以数字表法分组。常规模式组采用常规的护理教学方法,PCMC与PBL联合教学组采用PCMC与PBL联合教学法。比较两组内科护理带教者对护生内科护理理论和实操技能期末成绩的考核评分;护生对教学模式的兴趣度、认可度和参与度。结果PCMC与PBL联合教学组内科护理带教者对护生内科护理理论和实操技能期末成绩的考核评分高于常规模式组(P<0.05);PCMC与PBL联合教学组护生对教学模式的兴趣度、认可度和参与度高于常规模式组(P<0.05)。结论内科护理教学改革中PCMC与PBL联合教学法的运用效果确切,是一种值得推广和应用的教学模式。 Objective To explore the application value of the joint teaching mode of PCMC and PBL in nursing internal medicine teaching.Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,90 medical nursing students were grouped by digital method.The routine mode group adopts the conventional nursing teaching method,and the PCMC and PBL joint teaching group adopts the combined teaching method of PCMC and PBL.The two groups of internal nursing teachers were compared to the evaluation of the nursing students'internal nursing theory and the practical skills final scores;the nursing students'interest,recognition and participation in the teaching mode.Results The final assessment scores of nursing theory and practice skills of PCMC and PBL combined teaching group were higher than those of the conventional model group(P<0.05).The interest,recognition and participation of nursing students in the PCMC and PBL group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined teaching method of PCMC and PBL in the reform of internal medicine nursing teaching is effective,and it is a teaching mode worthy of promotion and application.
