GC/MS法结合保留指数分析车前叶黄腺香青花茎叶挥发油的化学成分 被引量:4

Analysis of Chemical Components in the Essential Oils of the Flower, Stem and Leaf of Anaphalis aureopunctata var. plantaginifolia Chen. by GC/MS Combined with Retention Index

摘要 目的研究车前叶黄腺香青花、茎、叶挥发油的化学成分。方法采用同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)提取车前叶黄腺香青花、茎、叶中的挥发油,使用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)获得总离子流图,各色谱峰相应的质谱图经过NIST11.L标准谱库检索,辅助保留指数比对定性,并采用峰面积归一化法进行定量分析,计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果车前叶黄腺香青花、茎、叶挥发油中共鉴定出49种物质,相同成分有13种,花、茎、叶挥发油的化学成分含量差异较大,其中花挥发油中主要成分为(E)-石竹烯(35.11%)、α-葎草烯(13.40%)、γ-古芸烯(8.85%)、香叶基-α-松油烯(6.66%)、β-芹子烯(3.58%)等;茎挥发油中主要成分为(E)-石竹烯(14.89%)、α-葎草烯(9.50%)、β-依兰烯(5.94%)、香橙烯(5.47%)、(Z)-石竹烯(3.57%)等;叶挥发油中主要成分为(E)-石竹烯(16.06%)、α-葎草烯(8.00%)、γ-古芸烯(7.01%)、别香树烯(4.19%)、Ar-姜黄烯(4.05%)等。结论采用GC-MS法结合保留指数鉴别同分异构体,提高了车前叶黄腺香青花、茎、叶挥发油成分定性的准确性,为车前叶黄腺香青药用价值的开发和应用提供了参考。 Objective To analyze the volatile constituents of essential oils of the flower,stem and leaves of Anaphalis aureopunctata var.plantaginifolia Chen.Methods Volatile oils of the flower,stem and leaf from Anaphalis aureopunctata var.plantginifolia Chen.were extracted by simultaneous distillation extraction(SDE),the volatile constituents of essential oils were analyzed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)combined with retention index comparison.The peak area normalization method was used to calculate the relative content of each component.Results Forty-nine compounds including 13 common components were identified by matching the mass spectra with those from NIST2011 Libraries and comparing the retention indices with those from literatures.Chemical components of volatile oils from the flower,stem and leaves significantly varied from each other.The main components were(E)-caryophyllene(35.11%),α-humulene(13.40%),γ-gurjunene(8.85%),geranyl-α-terpinene(6.66%),β-selinene(3.58%)from the flower volatile oil;(E)-caryophyllene(14.89%),α-humulene(9.50%),β-ylangene(5.94%),aromadendrene(5.47%),(Z)-caryophyllene(3.57%)from the stem volatile oil;and(E)-caryophyllene(16.06%),α-humulene(8.00%),γ-gurjunene(7.01%),alloaromadendrene(4.19%),Ar-curcumene(4.05%)from the leaf volatile oil.Conclusion The isomers were identified by GC-MS combined with retention indices and the identification accuracy of the isomers from the volatile oils of the flower,stem and leaves of Anaphalis aureo-punctata var.plantginifolia Chen.was improved.The results of this study provided scientific reference for further utilization of Anaphalis aureopunctata var.plantginifolia Chen.
