摘要
目的通过对2014~2017年江西省突发公共卫生事件网络直报信息填报质量分析,评价突发公共卫生事件信息报告质量。方法采用报告及时性、审核及时性、信息完整性和准确性指标,并分别赋不同权重系数,得出综合评价指数,以此评估江西省突发公共卫生事件报告质量。结果 2014~2017年江西省共报告一般及以上级别的突发公共卫生事件78起,报告及时率为100%,审核及时率为97.44%,报告信息完整率为65.38%,报告信息准确率为67.95%,报告质量综合指数为0.8269。结论江西省突发公共卫生事件报告质量、数据完整性和填写规范性还有很大提升空间,应加强业务指导和技术培训,建立质量评价体系,进一步规范突发公共卫生事件的填报工作。
Objective To analyze the quality of direct network reporting of public health emergencies in Jiangxi Province from 2014 to 2017, and to evaluate the quality of information reporting of public health emergencies.Methods Indicators of timeliness of report, timeliness of audit,information integrity and accuracy were adopted, and different weight coefficients were assigned respectively to obtain a comprehensive evaluation index, so as to evaluate the reporting quality of public health emergencies in Jiangxi Province.Results From 2014 to 2017, a total of 78 public health emergencies at the general level and above were reported in Jiangxi Province.The timely reporting rate was 100%, the timely auditing rate was 97.44%, the complete reporting information rate was 65.38%, the accuracy of reporting information was 67.95%, and the comprehensive reporting quality index was 0.8269.Conclusion There is still room to improve the quality, data integrity and filling in standardization of public health emergency reports in Jiangxi Province.It is necessary to strengthen professional guidance and technical training, establish a quality evaluation system, and further standardize the filling-in of public health emergencies.
