摘要
为全面了解制焦产物性质以便更好地设计制焦反应器,本文利用滴管炉反应器,在常压氮气氛围下实验分析了锦界烟煤在800~1100℃、停留时间3~5 s的快速热解特性,研究了其热解半焦、热解焦油和热解气的产物组成分布及特性。结果表明:热解产物的产率与热解温度和停留时间都有较大关联,为了在减少焦油产率的同时保证粉状半焦储存的安全性,热解温度宜设置在1000℃以上,此时热解气产率和H2质量分数均较高;高温制取的粉状半焦吸附性能差;热解焦油主要由芳香烃及其衍生物组成,极高沸点物质含量较少,制焦反应器管道温度维持在400℃即可有效降低焦油凝结概率。
To comprehensively understand the properties of the products in coke making technology to better design a coke reactor,the rapid pyrolysis characteristics of Jinjie bituminous coal were studied in atmosphere of normal pressure nitrogen,by means of drop-tube furnace,at pyrolysis temperatures ranging from 800℃to 1100℃and with the residence time of 3~5 seconds.It focuses on the distribution and properties of different pyrolysis products including semi-coke,tar and pyrolysis gases.The results show that,the pyrolysis temperature and residence time affect the distribution and properties of the pyrolysis products greatly.It is better to maintain the pyrolysis temperature over 1000℃to reduce tar yield and ensure the safety of storage of semi-coke.At the same time,the yield of the pyrolysis gases and the proportion of H2are also in a large value.However,the adsorption performance of the semi-coke prepared at high temperatures is poor.The tar is mainly composed of aromatic hydrocarbons and their derivatives,which has small content of matters with extremely high boiling points.Therefore,it is better to keep the temperature of tubes around 400℃to limit the probability of slagging effectively.
