摘要
在对国内外生物质锅炉研究现状进行详细分析的基础上,在炉膛结构、二次给风、飞灰分离炉拱、烟气蓄热花墙等方面有所创新,研制出双炉室气化燃烧一体化环保型热水锅炉。该锅炉是适合于我国国情的、低成本的生物质燃料燃烧新技术和新产品。此项技术的研制成功对推广利用生物质能,改善目前我国煤烟型大气污染日益严重的状况具有重大的现实意义。
Based on domestic and oversea research of biomass boiler and detailed analysis,we developed a kind of environmental protection type hot water boiler with double furnace gasification combustion and integrated structure.The boiler has innovations of furnace structure,providing wind twice,fly ash separation furnace arch and flue gas heat storage wall.The boiler is suitable for the situation of our country as low cost of new biomass fuel combustion product.This technology can promote the use of biomass energy and reduce coal-smoke air pollution.
