摘要
对阳极热解挥发分组分氢气和甲烷的析出特性进行了研究。在小型固定床反应器上对生阳极样品进行了热解实验,考察了不同升温速率和不同阳极体积(重量)对挥发分氢气和甲烷析出的影响。结果表明:氢气和甲烷的析出都呈明显的双峰分布,峰值温度相差230℃左右;随着升温速率的增加,挥发分的析出速率加快,气体析出的峰值向高温侧移动,但两种气体的析出特征基本保持不变。应用高斯分峰法分别对氢气和甲烷气体的析出动力学进行了分析,得到了其释放的动力学参数。
