摘要
通过分析西藏民族大学人因工程实验教学存在的问题,结合雨课堂教学模式,提出了人因工程实验教学的改进措施。将雨课堂融入人因工程实验教学,激发了学生的积极性,提高了学生的创造力,使人因工程实验教学效果明显改善。
By analyzing the existing problems of human factors engineering experiment teaching in Xizang Minzu university,this paper puts forward the improvement measures of human factors engineering experiment teaching combining with the rain classroom teaching model.By integrating rain classroom into human factors engineering experiment teaching,the enthusiasm of students is stimulated,the creativity of students is improved,and the effect of human factors engineering experiment teaching is improved obviously.
