摘要
临床诊疗能力的学习培养,对于医学专业研究生的教育工作,至关重要。当前,研究生往往需要担负繁重的课题研究任务,没有足够的时间用来进行临床实践学习。为了解决这一突出问题,在医学专业研究生临床实践学习过程中,必须要采用科学的方法改进教学工作,有效地提高其临床能力。病因的多样性和创伤的复杂性是皮肤外科的重要特征,这就要求学生全面掌握术前评估、随访和治疗过程。为了进一步提高教学质量,本文探讨了将智能手术直播与PBL教学法相结合的方法,充分调动学生学习积极性,促进师生交流,有效提高医学专业研究生临床能力的培养。
The cultivation of clinical ability is an important part of medical postgraduate education.However,at present,due to the heavy scientific research tasks for graduate students,there is not much time for clinical study.Therefore,reasonable teaching methods should be used to improve clinical ability of graduate students effectively during their clinical study period.Etiological diversity and wound complexity are important characteristics of dermatologic surgery,which requires students to have a comprehensive grasp of the preoperative evaluation,follow-up and treatment process.In order to further improve the teaching quality,intelligent surgery live and PBL teaching method were combined to arouse the enthusiasm of students,promote communication between teachers and students,and improve their clinical ability training effectively.
