微信结合PBL教学法在皮肤性病学见习教学中的应用研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的观察并探讨微信结合PBL(Problem-based Learning)教学法在皮肤性病学见习课的应用效果。方法将本校12学时的2011级五年制本科生皮肤性病学见习课的93名学生随机分为两组,实验组52人,采用微信结合PBL的教学法,对照组41人,采用LBL(Lecture-based Learning)的教学法。将两组笔试成绩进行对比,并进行问卷调查。结果实验组的平均分数为(83.63±1.00),对照组平均分数为(80.80±1.22),t检验对两组分数进行比较,两组间平均考试成绩没有显著性差异(P〉0.05),但卡方检验显示实验组90±100的高分学生比例明显高于对照组(PdO.05)。问卷调查的结果显示大多数学生认为微信和PBL教学法的结合是有必要的,而且从这种新教学法上收益很大。结论微信结合PBL教学法较传统教学法具有一定优势,值得在皮肤性病见习教学中推广应用。 Objective To observe and explore the method of wechat combined with PBL in the probation teaching of dermatovenereology. Methods 93 undergraduates of grade 2011 participating the probation teaching of dermatovenereology of five-year-training system in our hospital were classified into two groups according to the random principle. Study group[52 ] received the problem-based learning (PBL), while control group(41) received the lecture-based learning (LBL). Then compare the writ- ten test scores between the two groups and questionnaire survey was conducted in end. Results The mean scores of study group and control group was 83. 63±1.00 and 80. 80±1.22 respectively. There was no obvious statistical significance between the two groups by t test(P〈0. 05 ). While the propor- tion of undergraduates getting scores(90±100) in study group is significantly higher than that of the control group by Chi-square test(P〈0. 05 ). Survey results showed that most students thought we- chat and PBL teaching method were necessary, and also obtained benefits from this new teaching method. Conclusion Wechat combined with PBL teaching method had certain advantages than tradi- tional teaching methods, and was worth to be popularized and applied in the probation teaching of der-matovenereology.
