摘要
目的分析基于ASK模型的培训模式在外科新入职护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法将2016年6月至2018年5月100名参加规范化培训的外科新入职护士作为试验组,采用ASK模型进行规范化培训;将2014年5月至2016年5月的100名外科新入职护士作为对照组,采用传统培训模式进行规范化培训。比较两组新入职护士的临床能力、培训考核成绩及对培训方式的满意度得分。结果试验组新入职护士的临床能力、培训考核成绩及对培训方式的满意度得分均明显高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论基于ASK模型的培训模式具有较高的接受度,有利于培养专业性更强、综合素质更高的护理人员,是一种重要且实用性强的护理培训工具,值得在护理培训中广泛使用。
Objective To analyze the effects of ASK model-based training system in the standardized training of new nurses in surgical department.Methods A total of 200 new nurses who had received standardized training in the surgical department of our hospital from May 2014 to May 2018 were selected as the study objects.The 100 new nurses who received standardized training from June 2016 to May 2018 were the experimental group,and the training mode based on ASK model was adopted for the standardized training.The 100 new nurses who were trained from May 2014 to May 2016 were the control group,and the standardized training was conducted using the traditional training mode.The clinical ability,training performance,and satisfaction of the new nurses of the two groups of new nurses were compared.Results The clinical ability,training performance and satisfaction of the new nurses in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The training system based on ASK model has not only improved the clinical comprehensive ability of new nurses,but also improved the training assessment performance of new nurses and the satisfaction of training methods.It is an important and practical nursing training tool,which deserves to be widely used in nursing training.
