摘要
伴随经济市场的不断变化,我国各企业之间的竞争越来越激烈。为跟上社会变化的脚步,各企业都在不断的进行调整与改进。在企业内部创建一个科学、合理的管理体系能够提升企业的综合能力,进而在经济市场提升自身企业的竞争能力。物流管理是企业管理中重要的组成部分,对于企业而言有至关重要的作用。现如今在供应链系统下物流管理在不断的改进与创新,文中对供应链系统下的企业管理进行简析,并提出相关的有效解决措施。
With the constant changes in the economic market,the competition among enterprises in China has become increasingly fierce.In order to keep up with the pace of social change,companies are constantly making adjustments and improvements.Creating a scientific and rational management system within the enterprise can enhance the comprehensive capabilities of the enterprise and further enhance the competitiveness of its own business in the economic market.Logistics management is an important part of business management and plays a vital role for enterprises.Nowadays,under the supply chain system,logistics management is constantly improving and innovating.Based on my own experience,the author analyzes the enterprise management under the supply chain system and proposes relevant effective solutions.
