摘要
饲料产品物流质量的管控贯穿于从“养殖场到餐桌”的整个供应过程。针对饲料产品在物流运输过程中可能存在的质量问题,本文以供应链管理思想为指导,分析目前饲料行业的物流发展现状,构建以供应链物流管理为核心的质量管控体系,并分析该体系的运行机制,最后针对饲料产品供应链物流提出质量管控对策与建议,以期对饲料产品的质量管控提供实际借鉴意义。
The control of feed product logistics quality runs through the whole supply process from farm to table.Aim at the possible quality problems of feed products in the process of logistics transportation,this paper analyzed the current situation of feed industry logistics development under the guidance of supply chain management,and constructed the feed product logistics quality control system.Finally,the quality control countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to provide practical reference for feed product quality control.
