摘要
针对延用了20 a的很多供应链库存管理模式是否真的减少了供应链上的库存问题,通过对GINTER J和LALONDE B的调查结果的分析,提出了只有当供应链上的企业之间建立了真正的双赢的合作关系后,这些供应链库存管理模式才能真正地起到减少供应链上库存的作用。
This paper discusses the effectiveness of several popular inventory management programs by analyzing the investigation result of Ginter James and Lalonde Bernard. It is put forward that the inventory management programs can help eliminate the inventory across the supply chain only when the enterprises in the supply chain establish a “win-win” and cooperation relationship.
