摘要
针对航空发动机转子试验系统电机经常发生的绕组过热烧毁故障,设计了1套航空发动机转子试验系统及其电机,建立了基于热网络法的电机温升模型,分别对超转、破裂和低循环疲劳试验进行电机温升分析。结果表明:对于超转、破裂试验,不同的加载时间对电机温升无明显影响,而试验负载转动惯量的增大会使电机温升线性增大;对于低循环疲劳试验,加载时间的延长可使电机温升减小,试验负载转动惯量的增大会使电机温升指数增大。
In view of the overheating and burning failure of the motor in the aeroengine rotor test system,a set of aeroengine rotor test system and its motor were designed.The temperature rise model of motor based on thermal network method was established,and the motor temperature rise was analyzed by the test of over speed,burst speed and low cycle fatigue,respectively.The results show that for over speed test and burst speed test,different loading time has no obvious effect on the motor temperature rise,but the increase of the test load moment of inertia will make the motor temperature rise increase linearly.For low cycle fatigue test,the extension of loading time can reduce the motor temperature rise,and the increase of the test load moment of inertia will make the motor temperature rise increase exponentially.
