摘要
本文综述了发动机材料标准适航要求和含氟橡胶材料在航空发动机上的应用。重点对比分析了国内航空工业标准(HB)、国家军用标准(GJB)和美国宇航标准(AMS)中含氟橡胶在标准体系结构、性能项目及指标、数据生成准则方面的差异。提出统一标准体系、制定型类级系列标准、以统计数据建立材料标准、充分贯彻适航要求和建立健全标准复审和维护机制是未来航空发动机含氟橡胶材料标准的发展方向。
This paper reviews the airworthiness requirements of material specification for aeroengine and application of f luorine-containing rubber,comparatively analyzes the differences in specification system structure,properties and requirements,data derived criteria between HB,GJB and AMS specifications.It puts forward that the trend of fluororubber material specifications for aeroengine are unified system,establishing series of standards of different type,form and grade,defining material standards based on statistical data,fully implementing airworthiness requirements and setting robust standards review and maintenance mechanism.
