摘要 目的探讨情景模拟演练及翻转课堂教学方法在急诊科低年资护士中的应用效果。方法采用随机对照研究方法,将2016年2月~2018年1月进入急诊科进行规范化培训的低年资护士根据随机数字法分为对照组(n=41)和试验组(n=42)。对照组采用常规临床护理教学方案,教学形式包括理论授课、病房小讲课、临床护理带教、每周进行1~2次护理查房。试验组在在对照组基础上每个月组织2次情景模拟演练及翻转课堂。比较两组的出科理论考核、操作考核、综合能力评价成绩及出科考核总分;比较两组的护士满意度、内容理解度、课堂氛围、教学趣味性、解决问题能力评分。结果两组低年资护士的出科理论考核成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组低年资护士的出科操作考核、综合能力评价成绩及出科考核总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的护士满意度、内容理解度、课堂氛围、教学趣味性、解决问题能力评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟演练及翻转课堂可以提高急诊科低年资护士的院前急救能力,值得护理临床教学推广。 Objective To investigate application effect of scenario simulation drill and flipped classroom teaching method in junior nurses in emergency department. Methods A randomized controlled study method was used. The junior nurses who entered emergency department for standardized training from February 2016 to January 2018 were divided into the control group (n=41) and experimental group (n=42) according to random number method. The control group was given the routine clinical nursing teaching scheme, which included theoretical teaching, primary lectures in wards, clinical nursing teaching, and nursing rounds conducted once or twice a week. The experimental group was organized scenario simulation drill and flipped classroom twice a month on the basis of the control group. The achievements of theoretical examination, operation examination, comprehensive ability evaluation and the total examination score when leaving the department of the two groups were compared, and the scores of nurses′ satisfaction, content understanding, classroom atmosphere, teaching interest and problem solving ability were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference of theoretical examination achievements when leaving the department in junior nurses between the two groups (P>0.05). The achievements of operation examination, comprehensive ability evaluation and the total examination score when leaving the department in junior nurses of the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of nurses′ satisfaction, content understanding, classroom atmosphere, teaching interest and problem solving ability in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Scenario simulation drill and the flipped classroom can improve the pre-hospital first-aid ability of the junior nurses in the emergency department, which is worthy of promotion in nursing clinical teaching.
