翻转式教学在重症医学科护理学教学中的实践研究

摘要 目的探讨重症医学科护理教学中应用翻转式教学的作用。方法选取2018年3月—2019年10月期间该院重症医学科的90名护理实习生,随机分为实验组与对照组,各45名,对照组采用传统教学方法,实验组采用翻转式教学方法,对比两组实习生综合考核成绩以及学习满意度评分。结果实验组实习生理论知识成绩(95.35±3.13)分、临床技能操作成绩(95.05±3.67)分高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组满意度中学习过程(8.68±0.89)分、学习方式(8.95±0.61)分、学习成果(8.68±0.71)分、学习环境(8.71±0.62)分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重症医学科教学采用翻转式教学,可明显提高重症医学科护理实习生理论知识成绩和临床技能操作成绩,提高护理实习生教学满意度。 Objective To explore the role of flipped teaching in nursing teaching of critical care medicine.Methods From March 2018 to October 2019,90 nursing interns from the Department of Critical Care Medicine in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 45 in each group.The control group adopted traditional teaching methods and the experimental group adopted flipped teaching method,comparing the comprehensive assessment results and learning satisfaction scores of the two groups of interns.Results The experimental group’s interns’scores in theoretical knowledge(95.35±3.13)points and clinical skills(95.05±3.67)points were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group’s satisfaction with the learning process was(8.68±0.89)points,the scores of learning style(8.95±0.61)points,learning achievement(8.68±0.71)points and learning environment(8.71±0.62)points were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of flipped teaching in critical care medicine teaching can significantly improve the theoretical knowledge and clinical skills of nursing trainees in critical care medicine,and improve the teaching satisfaction of nursing trainees.
