摘要
了解创业意愿的影响因素是激发退役运动员创业行为的前提条件。研究运用扎根理论对8名退役运动员的访谈资料进行开放式、主轴式和选择式三级编码,分析了影响退役运动员创业意愿的主要因素并构建了理论模型,研究发现:退役运动员创业意愿影响因素包括人口统计学特征、个体因素、家庭因素和环境因素4方面,并提出增强退役运动员自身素质和能力、消除人口学特征偏见、家庭因素障碍和优化创业环境建议。
Understanding the influencing factors of entrepreneurial intention is the precondition to stimulate retired athletes’ entrepreneurial behavior. In this paper, based on the grounded theory,the interview data of 8 retired athletes are coded in open,spindle and selective three-level,and the main factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of retired athletes are analyzed and the theoretical model is constructed. The study found that the affecting factors entrepreneurial intention of retired athletes include demographic characteristics,individual factors,family factors and environmental factors,and put forward suggestions to enhance the quality and ability of retired athletes, eliminate demographic bias,family factor disorder and optimize the entrepreneurial environment.
