摘要
目的为测评全国中医药健康文化素养水平提供有效的调查工具,对项目研制的中医药健康文化素养问卷进行了项目分析、信效度检验。方法采用专家咨询和问卷调查法对中医药健康文化素养问卷进行内容效度评价和调整,采用项目分析和信效度检验方法对某地区抽取的1 019名被调查人员的素养水平状况进行分析,验证该问卷结构和内容的合理性。结果根据预调查数据得出,问卷平均难度为0.55,平均区分度0.38,能较好地衡量公民的中医药健康文化素养水平。问卷重测信度的相关系数为0.903(P<0.05),内部效度Cronbachα系数为0.810,专家效度值为0.786,说明问卷所测内容信效度较好。结论中医药健康素养问卷能较充分地测量、反映中医药健康文化素养水平。
Objective To analyze the items and the reliability and validity of the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)health literacy questionnaire which was designed by our research group,and to provide an effective survey instrument for evaluating the TCM health literacy among Chinese people. Methods The content validity of the questionnaire was evaluated and adjusted by expert consultation and questionnaire survey.The rationality of the questionnaire structure was verified by the pilot test including 1 019 respondents in Beijing. Results The degree of difficulty and discrimination was 0.55 and 0.38 respectively,which indicated that the questionnaire could provide a better measurement of citizens' TCM healthy literacy.The correlation coefficient of test-retest reliability was 0.903( P <0.05),the internal validity Cronbach α was 0.810,and the expert validity value was 0.786,indicating the good reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Conclusion The Traditional Chinese Medicine health literacy questionnaire can effectively measure and reflect the level of citizens'TCM healthy literacy.
