摘要
目的调查杭州市老年人中医养生保健素养现状及影响因素,为制定老年人中医养生素养干预策略提供依据。方法2018-10-20-2018-12-09对杭州市西湖区、下城区、江干区、拱墅区和上城区5个主城区中10个社区的老年人进行问卷调查,共发放问卷540份,有效问卷535份,有效率为99%。结果杭州市老年人中医养生保健素养水平较低,具有中医养生保健素养的占8.04%,其中基本知识与理念、健康生活方式与行为及常用养生方法和内容3个维度素养水平依次为8.60%、52.15%和4.67%。未患慢性病(t=-2.32,P=0.02)、退休前为医务人员(t=2.42,P=0.02)、年龄较小(F=7.09,P<0.01)、文化程度较高(F=10.71,P<0.01)、家庭月人均收入较高(F=12.51,P<0.01)和自我健康评价较好(F=10.43,P<0.01)的老年人中医养生保健素养得分相对较高,差异有统计学意义。多重线性回归分析结果显示,年龄偏大(t=-2.262,P=0.024)、文化程度偏低(t=2.198,P=0.028)、家庭月人均收入偏低(t=2.953,P=0.003)和自我健康评价差(t=-3.943,P<0.001)的老年人中医养生保健素养水平相对较低。结论杭州市老年人中医养生保健素养水平较低,呈现出行为高于知识,知识高于技能与方法的现状。年龄、文化程度、家庭月人均收入和自我健康评价是老年人中医养生保健素养水平的主要影响因素。
Objective This paper aimed to investigate the status quo and influencing factors of the elderly’s traditional chinese medicine(TCM)literacy in Hangzhou,so as to provide the basis for the intervention strategies of the elderly’s traditional chinese medicine literacy.Methods From October 20 to December 09,2018,aquestionnaire was conducted among the elderly in 10 communities of Xihu district,Xiacheng district,Jianggan district,Gongshu district and Shangcheng district in Hangzhou.A total of 540 questionnaires were distributed,of which 535 were valid,with an effective rate of 99%.Results The elderly in Hangzhou had a low level of TCM health care literacy.Only 8.04%had TCM health care literacy.Among them,levels of basic knowledge and concepts,healthy lifestyles and behaviors,common health methods and content were 8.60%,52.15%and 4.67%,respectively.Non chronic disease(t=-2.32,P=0.02),medical staff before retirement(t=2.42,P=0.02),younger age(F=7.09,P<0.01),high education level(F=10.71,P<0.01),high monthly income(F=12.51,P<0.01)and good self-health evaluation(F=10.43,P<0.01)were related to high health literacy score,and the difference was statistically significant.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the elderly with too old age(t=-2.262,P=0.024),low education level(t=2.198,P=0.028),low monthly income(t=2.953,P=0.003),poor evaluation(t=-3.943,P<0.001)had lower TCM literacy level.Conclusions The elderly in Hangzhou have a low level of TCM health care literacy,presenting a situation where behavior is higher than knowledge,and knowledge is higher than skills and methods.Age,education level,monthly family income per capita and self-health evaluation are the main factors influencing the level of TCM health care literacy among the elderly.
