摘要 [目的]构建基于核心能力的麻醉护理专业学位研究生培养方案,为我国麻醉护理专业学位研究生的培养提供理论参考。[方法]通过文献回顾,自行设计函询问卷,采用改良德尔菲法对来自8个省、市的37名专家进行2轮函询。[结果]经过2轮专家函询,专家积极系数分别为95.0%和97.4%,专家权威系数分别为0.813和0.812,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.176(P<0.01)和0.138(P<0.01),最终形成的麻醉护理专业学位研究生培养方案包括3项一级指标、18项二级指标、110项三级指标。[结论]本研究专家积极性和权威程度较高,专家意见一致,构建的麻醉护理专业学位研究生培养方案具有科学性,可为我国麻醉护理专业学位研究生的培养提供一定的理论参考。 Objective: To construct the training programs for anesthetic master of nursing specialist based on core ability,so as to provide the theoretical basis for training of postgraduates of anesthetic master of nursing specialist. Methods: Two rounds of letter consultation were carried out for 37 experts in 8 provinces through literature review, self designed questionnaire and modified Delphi method. Results: After two rounds of letter consultation,expert positive coefficient was 95.0% and 97.4% respectively,expert authority coefficient was 0.813 and 0.812 respectively,Kendall Coordination Coefficient was 0.176 and 0.138 respectively ( P <0.01).The established training programs for anesthetic master of nursing specialist included 3 items of first level indicators,18 items of second level indicators and 110 items of three level indicator. Conclusions: Expert enthusiasm and authority are better,and Expert′s opinions are consistent.The established training program for anesthetic master of nursing specialist is scientific,which can provide the theoretical basis for training of postgraduates of anesthetic master of nursing specialist in China.
