摘要
为贯彻落实国家卫生健康委员会联合七部委发布的《关于加强和完善麻醉医疗服务的意见》(国卫医发[201821]号)精神,切实提高麻醉专科护士的专业技术水平,深入挖掘全国优势资源,提升专科培训品质,推动同质化发展,2020年中华护理学会启动麻醉科专科护士京外临床教学基地评审工作。南昌大学第一附属医院(以下简称“本院”)顺利通过了初评、复评,成为全国第一批中华护理学会麻醉科专科护士京外临床教学基地。现从基地申请、管理体系、教师师资审核与培训、培训方案等方面总结基地建设与实施经验,提出加强师资培训及教学评价是本院基地建设重点,为更好建设麻醉科专科护士京外临床教学基地提供参考。
In order to implement the spirit of Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Anesthesia Care jointly issued by the National Health Commission and seven ministries,effectively improve the professional and technical level of anesthesia specialty nurses,dig the national advantageous resources,improve the quality of specialty training and promote homogeneous development,in 2020,the Chinese Nursing Association started the evaluation of clinical teaching bases outside Beijing for specialized nurses in the department of anesthesiology.The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University(hereinafter referred to as"the hospital")has successfully passed the preliminary evaluation and reevaluation and became the first batch of clinical teaching bases outside Beijing for specialized nurses in the department of anesthesiology of the Chinese Nursing Society.This paper summarized the experience of base construction and implementation from the aspects of base application,management system,teacher audit and training,training scheme,etc.It is proposed that strengthening teacher training and teaching evaluation is the focus of base construction in the hospital.Moreover,it will provide reference for better construction of clinical teaching base outside Beijing for specialized nurses in anesthesiology department.
