以岗位胜任力为导向的麻醉护理本科生临床实践教学体系的构建

Construction of a competency-oriented clinical practice teaching system for undergraduate anesthesia nursing students

摘要 目的构建以岗位胜任力为导向的麻醉护理本科生临床实践教学体系。方法2022年12月—2023年4月基于岗位胜任力理论,在文献分析、半结构式访谈的基础上初步拟定专家咨询问卷,采用德尔菲法对21名麻醉相关领域专家进行2轮咨询,确立麻醉护理本科生临床实践教学体系。结果2轮咨询问卷的有效回收率均为100.00%(21/21),专家权威系数分别为0.877、0.895,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.138~0.227、0.165~0.283(均P<0.01)。最终形成的麻醉护理本科生临床实践教学体系包含4项一级指标、11项二级指标、68项三级指标。结论基于岗位胜任力构建的麻醉护理本科生临床实践教学体系科学、可靠,对麻醉护理本科生培养有一定的借鉴和指导意义。 Objective To construct a competency-oriented clinical practice teaching system for undergraduate anesthesia nursing students.Methods From December 2022 to April 2023,based on the theory of job competency,a preliminary expert consultation questionnaire was drafted on the basis of literature analysis and semi-structured interviews.The Delphi method was used for two rounds of consultation with 21 experts in the field of anesthesia to establish the clinical practice teaching system for undergraduate anesthesia nursing students.Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of consultation questionnaires were both 100.00%(21/21),and the authority coefficients of the experts were 0.877 and 0.895,respectively.The Kendall's harmony coefficients were between 0.138 to 0.227 and 0.165 to 0.283,respectively(both P<0.01).The final clinical practice teaching system for undergraduate anesthesia nursing students included four primary indicators,11 secondary indicators,and 68 tertiary indicators.Conclusions The clinical practice teaching system for undergraduate anesthesia nursing students,constructed based on job competency,is scientific and reliable.It has certain reference and guidance significance for the training of undergraduate anesthesia nursing students.
