摘要
在新课程改革背景下,教师的专业发展现状存在诸多问题。笔者结合自己多年一线教学经验,通过查阅文献和调查研究,分析了中学化学教师专业发展过程中存在的问题,并针对具体问题提出解决问题的对策。
Under the background of the new curriculum reform, there are many problems in the professional development of teachers. Combining the writer's own years of teaching experience, through literature review and research, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the professional development of middle school chemistry teachers, and proposes solutions to the specific problems.
