摘要
分析了飞机装配工装管理的特点和重要性,论述了飞机装配工装管理过程中各部门的职能与关键业务。从工装库房管理、使用与维护、流程管理、工装定检、用户管理等方面介绍了飞机装配工装管理系统的功能,并对这一系统的结构与关键技术进行了论述。应用这一飞机装配工装管理系统,可以对整个生命周期内的飞机装配工装数据和活动进行管理,进而有效提高管理和使用的效率。
The characteristics and importance of aircraft assembly tooling management were analyzed,and the functions and key business of each department in the process of aircraft assembly tooling management were discussed.The functions of aircraft assembly tooling management system from the aspects of tooling warehouse management,use and maintenance,process management,tooling verification and user management were introduced,and the structure and key technologies of this system were also discussed.The application of this aircraft assembly tooling management system can manage the data and activities of aircraft assembly tooling in the whole life cycle,and then can improve the efficiency of management and use effectively.
