摘要
针对某装配总厂工装管理不够规范以及设计效率低等问题,提出了以现有网络资源为信息交互平台,建立装配工装的实物管理、文档管理和过程管理的标准化业务流程。同时将实例推理技术应用于工装的设计过程,提出了设计流程和推理策略,为工装的快速设计提供了有效的手段。该系统基于J2EE技术开发框架,并采用Oracle 10g作为数据库服务器。
Aiming at uncritical management and inefficient design in an assembly main workshop, it uses network resource as information interactive platform, builds the standardized business process of assembly fixture management, applies the CBR to design process. It proposes the design process and reasoning strategy to offer effective methods for the rapid design, develops this system based on J2EE and Oracle 10g DBMS database server.
