摘要 铆接装配是飞机制造过程中的关键环节。为了满足飞机的高性能要求,钻铆技术逐渐迈入数字化全自动阶段。文章阐述飞机制造自动钻铆系统及其应用,并全面分析了复杂钻铆功能末端执行器设计、复杂运动多轴同步运动控制、离线编程与仿真等数字化自动钻铆系统关键技术的相关应用。 In the aircraft manufacturing process, riveting and assembly is the key link. In order to meet the high requirements of aircraft performance, drilling and riveting technology has gradually entered the digital automatic stage.This paper first explains in detail the application of automatic drilling and riveting system and its application in aircraft manufacturing, and then comprehensively analyzes the key technologies of digital automatic drilling and riveting, including the design of complex drilling and riveting function end actuator, complex motion multi-axis synchronous motion control, offline programming and simulation technology.
