摘要
目的探讨综合护理改善甲状腺术后出血的临床效果。方法选择2016年3月～2018年3月我院收治的60例甲状腺全切术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成对照组和研究组,每组各30例。两组均接受常规护理,研究组在此基础上联合综合护理干预。比较分析两组术后出血情况及护理效果。结果研究组术后出血率及术后再次出血率均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后1 h疼痛评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术后24、48 h疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施综合护理干预可有效改善甲状腺患者的术后出血情况,利于患者术后康复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing to improve postoperative thyroid bleeding.Methods Sixty patients who underwent total thyroidectomy from March 2016 to March 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method.Both the control group and the study group received routine care,and in the study group,on this basis,the comprehensive nursing intervention was added.The postoperative bleeding and nursing efficacy of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The postoperative bleeding rate and postoperative rebleeding rate in the study group were both lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the pain score between the study group and the control group one hour after surgery(P>0.05).The pain scores 24 and 48 hours after operation in the study group were lower than that the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the postoperative bleeding in thyroid patients,which is beneficial for postoperative rehabilitation and is worthy of promotion and application.
