摘要
目的分析临床护理路径在甲状腺瘤患者手术中的应用和效果。方法甲状腺瘤患者88例作为研究对象,分为研究组与对照组,每组患者各44例,并对两组患者护理满意度、术后并发症进行对比。结果研究组采用临床路径护理,研究组术后并发症例数明显少于对照组,组间数据对比存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论将临床护理路径运用在甲状腺瘤患者手术中,可降低术后并发症的出现。
Objective To analyze the application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with thyroid tumor surgery and ef ects. Methods 88 patients with thyroid adenoma as the research object, 44 cases were divided into research group and control group patients, and the two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing care, postoperative complications were compared. Results After the team using clinical nursing path, the team the postoperative complications were significantly less than the control group, the data contrast exists obvious dif erence between groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Therefore applying clinical nursing pathway in patients with thyroid tumor surgery, can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, worthy of promotion.
